1. Extensions Purchase & Usage :

  • When you purchase an extension from my site, you will receive an email containing the extension in the attachment of the email as soon as you make payment. If for some reason, you don't receive it (check your junk folder first, but sometimes the mail server doesn't work, sometimes your mail server removes the attachments, etc.), please contact me and ask for me to re-send the extension to you.   • You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our extensions to fit your purposes. You may not, however, change or remove the copyright information from any file. Our software is protected under the GNU/GPL license - please keep the copyright notices.

2. Refund policy

  • We will only refund the money of your purchase if :
    • The extension doesn't work as described in our product description.
    • You found a bug in the extension that I could not solve within 3 days.
    • We have the right to refuse refund request for any of the following reasons:
      • The extension is sent to you automatically by our ordering system as soon as you made payment. You cannot contact us and said "I purchased the extension but I didn't get it, so I want a refund", we won't accept that. In this case, please contact us at to ask me to re-send the extension to you.
      • You have the responsibility to read the product description before purchasing it. If there are any features that are unclear to you, feel free to drop me an email at to ask about it. Once you decide to purchase the extension, you agree to use the features provided in the extension and cannot claim that they do not meet your needs.
      • You experience an issue and abandon the product prior to asking for support.
      • You choose not to use our product

  • With each purchase (license), we only provide support for one live site. If you want to get support for your second site, you will need to purchase a new license.
  • We usually provide support for customers within around 24 hours (It might take longer on the weekend). If you don't receive a response within that time (maybe I forgot to reply because I receive many emails every day and I might have forgotten to reply to yours), please try to send me one more email to remind me of your problem.
  • Please note that I am not responsible for modifying our extension to meet your needs. If you need an extra feature which is not available in the extension, you can send an email to requesting that the feature be added. If we think that the feature is useful, we will add it to future releases of the extension.  If you need it right away, you may consider hiring me to add the feature for you.
